Hey there! I'm so glad you stopped by. My name is Shanika, and I've been crafting for over 37 years. My journey started at my grandma's sewing machine, at the age of 7, where I first learned how to cut the material, according to the patterns, to what she was making. That's small beginning sparked a creative fire in me. Before I knew it, I was making clothes for my Barbie dolls and building dollhouses out of cardboard boxes.

As a teen, I was known for always having cute hair, mostly done by me, and nails. Little did they know, I was doing my own nail designs! Creativity has always been in me. In my 20's, I made a name for myself with funny sayings on my t-shirts and big statement earrings. I used to say, "One day, I'm gonna start making my own shirts."

That "one day" became real when someone asked me a simple question that would change my life: "What are you going to do with you life?" It was a wake-up call. I had always done what I needed to do to survive, but that moment pushed me to pursue what I love.

In 2012 I started making and selling earrings on Facebook. From there it grew to handbags, to t-shirts, custom tumblers and so much more. Crafting is more than just a hobby-its's who I am. I realized I have to many valuable gifts to keep giving them to companies that don't value me. That might work for some, but not for me- because I'm a BOSS.
